Should I Practice?
A very important thing about yoga is consistency. Doing
yoga 10 minutes a day is more important than doing it once
a week for an hour. Once you begin to feel the benefits
of yoga and how good you can feel, you will want to do
yoga as often as you can. Over time, many people feel the
need practice 30 - 60 minutes a day, which is very hard
in today's society. There is no 'right' answer to this
question. Over time you will discover what is right for
you and your life style.
