Most definitely. It is important to concentrate on certain
aspects of your physical and physiological needs on a daily
basis and your needs change day to day. Don't let yourself
get stuck in doing what feels most comfortable for you.
It is often the things that you don't like to do in yoga,
at first, that you need to work on the most. For instance,
if back bends are difficult for you, you may want to do
an extra backbend routine a week until it feels more natural.
